Duplicate VM for Hyper-V
- Shutdown the VM that you want to duplicate
- Make a copy of the VHD file
- Create a new VM that joins to the copied VHD file
- Start the VM
- Launch SysPrep (c:\windows\system32\sysprep.exe) over the new VM once started
- Relicense Windows, rename Machine Name
