TMA currently utilizes Accumail’s Accumail Move product

http://www.smartsoftusa.com/products/accumail/accumailmove.cfm

We’ve written a wrapper application around their product that enables the automation of the entire NCOA process.

To recap the process, our wrapper application extracts our entire name and address information (260K records) and then utilizes Accumail’s Move product to ftp the information up to Accumail’s server where it is both CASS certified and then processed for any NCOA changes.

Upon completion, three files are received from Accumail:

1) NCOA processing report indicating the name, original address and new address

2) A postal stand NCOA processing summary report for delivery to the US Postal Service

3) A CASS certification report for delivery to the US Postal Service

Any new address changes are then updated in TMA’s AMS (IMIS).

The total Accumail cost was: 1) $1,000 for their Move client and 2) $1,200 for their NCOA subscription service

We are receiving approximately 250 address changes per week.  In the past, these would have been manually updated from envelopes returned.  The entire process completes in under 30 minutes.

Happy to talk more about it.  Will eventually provide a video of the process.
